LIVINGSTON TOURNAMENT RESULTS Any wrestler who wishes to participate on both the Junior School team and the town team (REC TEAM) will
not need to attend any Town practices because the Monday and Wednesday night sessions we have scheduled are combined practices.
So, in other words, register, show up and wrestle! You will be able to increase your mat time by having the opportunity to
get matches in both leagues. Mat time is essential to gain experience at all levels of wrestling and is the greatest teaching
tool you can take advantage of.
